Through a rigorous process, all MOUNTAIN staff and project managers obtain certification by the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). In addition, our team holds leadership positions in these organizations promoting industry education, training and the highest level of ethics.

MOUNTAIN applies this same standard of excellence to the safety of our employees and the public. It is a vital concern to us and our excellent safety record is the direct result of our carefully planned safety program. This proactive program is lead by our dedicated Corporate Safety Director who is OSHA as well as MSHA certified.

MOUNTAIN is a proud member and supporter of many specialized industry associations, actively promoting and sponsoring educational programs, industry events and fund-raising efforts for groups such as the Telephone Association of New England (TANE) and OSP.
