ATLANTA, GA - April 20, 2011 - The National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), the association with the longest and most comprehensive history of professional credentialing in the recruiting industry, announces their new District 1 Board Member:  Kati Basso, CTS.

The National Association of Personnel Services has 5 districts across the United States.  District 1 includes Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.  Conrad Taylor, CERS and President of NAPS stated, "The responsibility of a District Director is not to be taken lightly.  Kati is well ahead of the curve in that regard.  We are sure that she will do an outstanding job!"
