The National Association of Personnel Services has 5 districts across the United States. District 1 includes Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Conrad Taylor, CERS and President of NAPS stated, "The responsibility of a District Director is not to be taken lightly. Kati is well ahead of the curve in that regard.
