MOUNTAIN MEDICAL DIRECTOR JOINS NNEAPS BOARD OF DIRECTORS IN 2012
NEW GLOUCESTER, MAINE — Dedication and a wealth of experience paved the way for Don Richard, Director at MOUNTAIN MEDICAL, to join the Northern New England Association of Personnel Services’ (NNEAPS) Board of Directors for a two year term. In addition to joining the Board of Directors, Don has been named Chairman of the NNEAPS website committee.
Don has been the Healthcare Services Director at MOUNTAIN MEDICAL since 2007, when he was promoted from senior search consultant. His specialization in healthcare recruiting began in 1997. Since that time Don has developed a proven track record, exhibiting expertise in the world of physician, advanced practice provider and executive recruitment. When the spot on the NNEAPS Board of Directors was mentioned, Don jumped at the chance to help guide the organization in promoting certification and continuing education amongst its members.
“The opportunity to reinforce the importance of solid credentials, build membership and develop a new website for NNEAPS is one that I am excited for and eager to begin,” Don said of his recent appointment.
Keeping abreast of the industry, Don is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Physician Recruiter Consultant (PRC). Since he works on the National Association of Personnel Services’ (NAPS) Credentialing Committee, Don was an ideal choice to assist in NNEAPS with its goals of providing educational opportunities for its members on industry topics and credentialing. He also Chairs NAPS PRC certification.
