Employee Spotlight – Aaron Thomas

This month’s Employee Spotlight is shining on Aaron Thomas. Aaron serves as a Designer for MOUNTAIN, LTD., and we’ve been lucky enough to have him on the team for 10 months now!

Aaron says he always checks out the jobs for the day before digging in and designing. He also answers any questions that may arise and handles any revisions. During his time with the company, Aaron reorganized and created an entire system to change the culture and approach to employee engagement, compensation, education, and acknowledgement. Amazing job, Aaron!

Regional Training & Quality Director Brady Coyle says – “Aaron has done a tremendous job since day one at MOUNTAIN. His positive attitude is infectious which translates to his ability to tackle any challenge presented to him. He adds the flavor and spice to our group, and we couldn’t be happier to have him on our team.”

Aaron’s favorite part of working at MOUNTAIN is the people and the atmosphere. He says everyone is always willing to help each other grow.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys cooking, traveling, and coaching a women’s Flag Football league.
