Employee Spotlight – Haley Kinch

This month, our Employee Spotlight shines on Haley Kinch, who is part of our permitting team. Haley started her journey at MOUNTAIN over four years ago in an entry level position and has grown in her role, along with the team. She is known for consistently going above and beyond!

Haley obtains encroaching and utility permits, which allows field employees to work underground, place new fiber and work on pedestals and poles. Permitting can present many challenges and Haley works to identify solutions that are agreeable to all involved. She says there is always something new to learn, which keeps her position interesting and engaging, such as working with new clients or in new cities and states. The permitting team maintains a tight-knit, collaborative environment, where Haley shares her coworkers are helpful and willing to share their knowledge to encourage personal growth.

Haley loves to spend time outside. Her favorite outdoor activities include hiking, swimming, and camping. Right now, she’s hunkering down for the winter, waiting for the sun to come back out!
