On October 24th, MOUNTAIN had the privilege to attend the United Way 2019 Auction in Kent, WA, at the Kent Memorial Park Building to support our biggest client in raising money for United Way.

United Way of America is a nonprofit organization that works with almost 1,200 local United Way offices throughout the country in a coalition of charitable organizations to pool efforts in fundraising and support. United Way’s focus is to identify and resolve pressing community issues and to make measurable changes in communities through partnerships with schools, government agencies, businesses, organized labor, financial institutions, community development corporations, voluntary and neighborhood associations, the faith community, and others. The main areas include education, income, and health.

The theme this year was Wild Wild West, and our team had a blast participating in the auction alongside clients and partners. Everyone was able to unwind a bit, get silly while sharing food, playing games, and bidding on great prizes while raising money for a good cause. We were excited that some of our other employees were able to attend the event and support the cause.

Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and came out to support the United Way event.
