 Job Responsibilities:

  • This position will be 20 hours per week with 4 of those hours in the Broomfield office and the remaining 16 hours in the Zuni office.
  • Handle mail (sort and distribute), scan/email documents, filing, faxing, log and track checks received from suppliers
  • Update accounting details in multiple systems etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Data entry skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow direction.
  • Basic computer skills to included Outlook and Excel.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 4-6 Years of Experience
