MOUNTAIN, LTD. has an opening for an Infinium Operator!

Responsibilities:
This individual will be performing the following work:

Receive pole survey sheet(s) and determine what kind of work is needed, inclusive of:
1. Billable make ready
2. Non-Billable make-ready
3. Non Billable no make-ready/pole surveys only
Create WO #(s) in Infinium:
Create Billable/Non-Billable Work Orders (With or Without Make Ready)
1. Tally up billable work items.
2. Create a CLEC Bill Estimate for the billable items and email it to Structure Access.
3. Create a project estimator to get the hours for the billable work.
4. Update Infinium with the project details, account codes and hours for client labor/dollars for police and engineering.
5. Fill out any Abutter requests and/or State Highway permits, if needed
6. Create and send billing letters
7. Update information in “SPANS”.
Requests a license to be submitted for approval:
1. Submit for approval in Varasset.
2. Submit for approval in Infinium.
Once the project is approved, if any WO required an Abutter notice and/or State Highway permit, those can be emailed to the appropriate dept. Send email with CBYD locations.
