Responsibilities

  • Able to research about specific technical and telecommunications topics, formulate customer-facing articles and blog posts, compose high-quality written publications, move them through a complex approval process, and assist with publication.
  • This person will also edit existing content, determine whether informational updates are needed, and complete those edits as necessary.
  • Expert-level writing skills needed, and the ability to move from research notes to a customer-facing piece of writing. As importantly, this person must be comfortable with publication technologies, like Content Management Systems

Requirements

 

  • Adobe Experience Manager
  • Technical comfort is a must.
  • 5+ Years of Experience
