  • This is a 6 month contract with possible longer term employment.
  • $16.00 per hour

 

Responsibilities

  • Take calls/emails from field technicians and supervisors for time off requests utilizing guidelines including union contract requirements, local agreements to determine availability.
  • Updating schedules and notification to technicians of approval/denial.
  • Managing weekly, monthly and yearly shift bid and schedule information.
  • Tracking of illness and FML occurrences as well as notification to field management.
  • Work with field team on allocation of vacation slots, comp days, and shift requirements based on data from field scheduling tool for optimal offering.

 

Requirements

  • High School, GED or equivalent education and relevant experience
