The Operations Administrative Assistant will be tracking daily workloads and ensuring customer needs are being met in a highly professional manner. The individual will be interfacing with municipalities and with the Operations teams, Construction teams and Engineering teams and inputting data into the client's system. The Operations Administrative Assistant will be directly supporting the Operations team manager.
- Strong knowledge of PC applications such as Excel
- The ability to follow up on permitting and ROW records
- The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
