  • 10-month contract with possibility for longer-term employment.
  • $30.00 per hour


  • Manage small to medium learning projects, including communicating with clients to arrange rehearsals, reviewing materials and prepare and load materials for sessions.
  • Introduce virtual session, open and close the session, and handle audience technical questions.
  • Make sure all presenters are prepared and comfortable in virtual environment.
  • Make sure all microphone and broadcasting equipment is ready and in working order.
  • Be prepared for contingency plans to deal with potential technical issues.
  • Requires travel to NYC*



  • Must have strong written and vocal communication skills in order to work with high level executive presenters.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, Articulate Storyline, or Techsmith Camtasia a plus.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with the ability to develop collaborative relationships across teams.
  • Minimum 1 year of virtual classroom experience
  • Requires travel to NYC*
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
