Special Feature – A Look Back at 2019

With 2019 coming to a close, we want to reflect on all of the adventures we have had this year. Each year, we continue to grow in all aspects that a business can; more employees, higher revenue, acquisitions, and new clients.

First and foremost, we want to thank all of the MOUNTAINeers who work in our offices and are core to our operations. Without these individuals, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do each and every day from the west coast to the east coast. To all of our employees (all 700+ of you!), you make our world more connected by helping expand networks, working in rural areas to bring broadband to those who do not have the opportunity of fiber, and bringing the most innovative network design to cities with both fiber and wireless solutions. We are making the world a better place with the work that you all do, and we are grateful that you choose MOUNTAIN year after year.

One of our goals for 2019 was to engage more in online spaces, which we were able to do with flying colors. We posted new content on our website and social media almost every single week this year, highlighting special projects, employee appreciation, fun facts, and one of our most significant achievements: celebrating 40 years of telecom excellence.

We have had an exciting year, created new campaigns, shared new memories, said goodbye to some amazing MOUNTAINeers, and helped out in our local communities. Take a look at 2019!

Employee Spotlight

This year, we emphasized one of the most essential aspects of MOUNTAIN, our staff. These folks exemplify the MOUNTAIN spirit and come to work and give some number well above 110% that we are not even sure how to quantify. Thank you to everyone featured. Events

In 2019, MOUNTAIN traveled thousands and thousands of miles to meet with clients, exhibit our services at expos and attended conferences to enhance our knowledge of the telecom industry. We think it is important to share the things we learn at these events with those who cannot attend, as well as showing the telecom world that we are doing our due diligence to keep in tune with our clients and the needs of the industry. Special Features

A lot of what we do at MOUNTAIN does not always fit into a specific category, but we know it is worth sharing.
