MTN Celebrates Employees with Appreciation Dinners

Each year, members of the MOUNTAIN, LTD. management team coordinate several appreciation dinners as a “Thank You” to our employees we have in different markets around the country. These dinners allow our management team to travel to different markets and offer our employees the opportunity to personally engage with members of management that they typically do not get to interact with. This is an opportunity for employees to present any ideas, address areas of concern, and ask questions. The feedback we receive is an important factor in what formulates MOUNTAIN, LTD.’s vision in this continuously evolving industry.
Appreciation dinners allow for employees to relax and socialize over drinks and appetizers, have dinner, and participate in a raffle. This year we raffled off a “Box of Maine” which was filled with iconic Maine items (where MOUNTAIN HQ is — and, no, a lobster was not included in the box!).
MOUNTAIN has already hosted several dinners with success, allowing us to share in creating some memories with employees around the country.
Our employee dinner schedule is as follows:
- Colorado was May 15th at 5:30 pm MST at “LODO’s Bar and Grill” in Highland’s Ranch, CO
- Utah was June 18th at 5:30 pm MST at “Goodwood BBQ Company” in Draper, UT
- Idaho was June 19th at 5:30 pm MST at “The Reef” in Boise, ID
- Washington will be July 25th at 5:30 pm PST at “Claim Jumper” in Tukwila, WA
We would like to thank each and every employee that was able to attend this year’s appreciation dinners, and are looking forward to seeing everyone again next year!
